About Chris Bauman

Chris Bauman has worked full-time in the real estate industry for 34 years and has achieved a career sales volume in excess of 100 million dollars. His formal education includes an undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a major in Real Estate and a minor in Economics, and a Master’s Degree in Liberal Studies from Rollins College. He routinely attends seminars and continuing education classes to remain up to date on the latest policies and trends affecting the real estate industry.

In 1990, after a brief internship with a real estate appraisal firm in St. Petersburg, Florida, Chris began working for a large real estate development company in his hometown of Louisville, Kentucky. His duties included matching buyers with homesites and custom builders in seven custom home communities throughout Louisville.  After a transfer to Orlando in 1996, he worked as a site sales professional in some of the most successful luxury home communities in Central Florida including: Lake Forest (Sanford), Alaqua Lakes (Longwood), Keene’s Pointe (Windermere), and Oakland Park (Winter Garden). As a result, Chris has earned proficiency in the luxury home market including lake front, golf course, multi-acre and multi-family properties.

Chris is a member in good standing of the Orlando Regional REALTORS Association (ORRA) and has been a consistent top producer among luxury site sales professionals in Central Florida. He was featured multiple times in Orlando Magazine as one of the “Top 100 Real Estate Agents in Central Florida.” He attributes his success to his communication skills, market knowledge, industry connections, negotiation skills and professionalism.
