Suzi Karr Realty (SKR) was established in 1979 and has spent 46+ years setting the standard of real estate excellence in Windermere Florida.
The Town of Windermere was discovered as a hidden jewel in the early Disney-Era real estate boom and SKR quickly became the go-to brokerage, serving everyone from executives, pro-athletes and celebrities to those simply seeking respite among the lakes.
Many "booms" later; and with Orlando becoming one of the fastest growing metropolitans in the US, real estate companies are growing larger, even launching e-brokerages in their attempt to keep up. In the meantime, the industry has forgotten the customer experience and lost sight of communication, reliability and transparency.
Intending to flip the script, we combined a storied history of excellence and a new approach that encapsulates the milestones that buying and selling a home represents, introducing Revel Realty.
