About Chris Sapp

Hi, I am Chris Sapp, the Broker-Owner for Suzi Karr Realty.

 

My wife and I live in the Town of Windermere with our rescue dog, Jax. We both live, work, play, and even attend church in Windermere. I relish the charming Downtown, the unique sand streets, and the pristine waters of the Butler Chain of Lakes and other waterways in the area. In my free time, I enjoy kayaking, fishing, and supporting our local sport teams in Orlando. I am also heavily involved with the community, chairing events (ie Windermere Craft Beer Fest) past Town Council Member and current member of the WOCC Government and Economic Affairs Committee.

 

Our agents and I have extensive knowledge of Windermere and the surrounding area, including the housing market, trends, and simply what is going on. We pride ourselves on hard work, outstanding customer service, and negotiating skills; coupled with the strong will to get a deal to the closing table.

 

For sellers: Awards and production are great proof of a skill set, but we also back it up with my easy exit agreement. A relationship between a real estate agent and a customer should be easy and trusting. If you do not like our work, why should you be forced to sell with us? Just ask for more info.

 

For Buyers: We love working with buyers! What a great opportunity to talk about the Florida lifestyle to people relocating to the area. There is also the overwhelming joy of guiding a first-time home buyer through the buying process and handing over their first set of keys or the satisfaction of helping a current resident find their next home to support a growing family or a new job.
